Kitchwin Hills has laid its foundations on the rolling hills and limestone enriched pastures of the Isis Valley in the Upper Hunter Region. As the only Thoroughbred operation situated in this captivating valley, we firmly believe that the track record of this country in continuously producing winners of some of Australia’s biggest races, gives breeders to our stallions a genuine advantage.

Kitchwin’s yearling property was originally purchased by Ray and Di Brown in 1993. The property was named in honour of a great man Kitchener, and his fiercely determined wife, Winifred Bridges. Kitch and Win had cultivated their much-loved reputation on an unwavering belief in the principles of honesty and trust, values that remain the cornerstone of how Kitchwin Hills conducts business to this day.

Kitchwin has been home to multiple Group 1 winners, stakes horses, and group winners, including winners of prestigious races such as The Melbourne Cup, The Everest, The Myer Classic, All Ages Stakes, The Golden Slipper, Magic Millions 2YO & 3YO races, and many more.
